We are seeking a dedicated Drug Safety Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the safe and prompt reporting of Adverse Events and Product Technical Complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively Navigate Pharmacovigilance Activities: Assess when adverse events or product technical complaints require reporting to our pharmaceutical clients, ensuring seamless flow through the reporting process.

Thorough Validation: Validate adverse events and product technical complaints from various sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Expert Case Assessment: Utilise your expertise to discern valid pharmacovigilance cases, capturing essential safety information through diligent audit checks.

Timely Reporting: Ensure all adverse events and product technical complaints are reported within one business day, maintaining compliance with regulatory timelines.

Continuous Development: Maintain up-to-date training in Pharmacovigilance protocols, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient safety.

Effective Communication: Liaise with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and third parties to facilitate efficient reporting processes.

This role serves as a critical link in our commitment to timely reporting and regulatory compliance. While there are no line management responsibilities, your role is pivotal in raising awareness of any potential risks to deadlines, ensuring proactive action to prevent delays.
