Position: Full time (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week) working 5 over 7 days
Rate of pay – £12.70 per hour.

We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly, and highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our team at The Link Hotel.
As a Duty Manager, you will lead and support on all day-to-day operations ensuring an exceptional level of service to our guests, identifying guest needs, and responding proactively to their concerns.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills and strong leadership skills, who can use their initiative to make decisions and work well under pressure. Together with your relevant experience in supervising a food & beverage or conference & events operation, you must have strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and effectively communicate with both team members and guests.
