Position: Front of House Manager  

Location: Chelsea Waterfront, London, SW10 0DD

Working Hours:  Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700

Salary:  £38,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:

This role will be based at Chelsea Waterfront, a beautiful residential state consisting of 291 residential homes. The development is located close to Imperial Wharf and Fulham Broadway Station.

 

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Front of House Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will: 

  • You will have a prime luxury residential background being responsible for managing a small team. This includes recruitment, performance reviews, appraisals, training and rota management.
  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of high-end quality customer service for residents, tenants and guests, and handle day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Responsible for managing the work permits and supervising contractors whilst they are on site.
  • You are able to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment, multitasking, organised and able to think on your
  • You know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries
  • You’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others.
  • You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems
  • You will have experience working closely with management to ensure SOPs are adhered to and improve policies and procedures.
