Job Description

The Opportunity

The Global Business Development team is responsible for New Business across the Groupe globally, across media, creative and production.

The Operations team support all large Global, regional and local market pitches in the areas of pitch logistics and operations, as well as maintaining a self-serve function for markets to run smaller regional and local pitches independently. The team spans three regions, UK, US and APAC. Core responsibilities will include managing RFI responses, project management, pitch theatre support and assisting in maintenance/content refresh of our self-serve function. 



  • Set-up and organise pitch folders, timing plans and intel documentation.
  • Coordinate Request For Information (RFI) responses for key pitches, working with key stakeholders and local markets.
  • Conduct market and competitor research using industry sources i.e. COMvergence, RECMA, and other third party sources.
  • Manage and log requests from our agency brands across our network.
  • Manage our Business Development folders, keeping track of users and permission settings so confidential data is kept secure.
  • Project manage pitches for the full pitch lifecycle, typically 3-4 months.
  • Partner with our pitch experience leads to plan and execute virtual, hybrid and in-person meeting scenarios.
  • Work with reporting team to manage Salesforce records for active opportunities, ensuring data is accurately captured on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare career biographies of our pitch cast.
  • Support with the refreshing of collateral in our content library.
  • Assist with the post-pitch process, ensuring our Business Development leads accurately complete the required documentation to share key learnings and resources.
  • Identify and build proposals for new collaboration tools for the Global Business Development Team, helping the team to work more efficiently and effectively.
  • Embrace the use of AI, such as Chat GPT in pitch workstreams, were appropriate.
  • Support team on automation journey for quantitative data requests.
  • Work closely with design team and pitch leads to develop pitch collateral and distribute across markets.

Build strong relationships with our Business Development Community and Local Market contacts.



  • 4+ years’ experience in the Advertising Industry (Media, Creative or Production) or in an operational role in a different industry sector
  • Have well-honed project management skills, to ensure accurate delivery of projects on time.
  • Process driven and always looking to identify new ways to do things better.
  • Highly personable and easily builds relationships.
  • Ability to learn quickly and solve problems.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Confidence to recommend improvements to processes and ways of working.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (TEAMS, PPT, Excel and Word).
  • Experience using Salesforce would be an advantage
