We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Marketing Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Eurest on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

As The Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the following areas:

  • To work with markets on their consumer adoption and usage strategies, providing coaching and support where necessary on how to create and execute one. Continually iterating based on learning. 
  • To support markets with the design and activation of effective digital marketing plans and communication plans
  • To track performance through tools such as Time2Eat dashboard and group data products
  • To undertake analysis on success of marketing programmes and support markets in subsequent action planning when required
  • To work with SmartQ, local market, and Group data teams to define what data is needed and with what frequency to support performance and insight tracking objectives
  • To develop briefs for marketing agencies and work with them on the successful delivery of that brief.
  • To oversee and support the continual upkeeping of marketing materials by markets for:
    • Market and unit adoption of Time2Eat (B2B – internal and external)
    • Consumer adoption and usage of Time2Eat in unit (B2C)
    • Other digital products as they get developed (e.g. SmartQ Lens – B2B product)
    • Gather insight on competition activity and communicate market insights internally 
  • Support sales and retention in delivery of insight led, client focussed and differentiated client propositions including presentation to client. 
  • Support sector forum work as required to ensure these are engaging and professional.
  • Support innovation activity where appropriate with creation of marketing materials and marketing plans. 
  • Drive revenue and margin by supporting the creation of a data driven performance and measurement culture in the Sector. 
  • Support creation of problem-solving innovation culture at Compass through modelling great behaviours as part of Growth & Innovation team
Our ideal Marketing Manager will:
  • Proven track record of driving growth through Marketing for consumer and / or B2B brands 
  • Experience in leading the creation and execution of multi channel communication programmes, digital and CRM  
  • Proven stakeholder management  
  • Collaborative approach with an ability to demonstrate successful campaign management  
  • Strong people skills able to create high performing cross-functional teams 
  • Data Driven, commercially literate 
  • Evidence of leading and participating in cross functional collaboration  
  • Pragmatic and comfortable with ambiguity
