Mobile Enforcement Officer – Luton, LU2 9QT

Your key duties will include:
- Monitoring and patrolling the day-to-day operation of all designated car parks in a specialist camera vehicle. Also, patrol Drop Off zones and other areas as required or specified.
- Issuing PCN’s correctly to all those vehicles in contravention of the advertised conditions of parking in any of those areas.
- Managing traffic through enforcement.
- Maintaining a high visual presence to deter illegal parking and criminal activity.
- Undertaking foot patrols in designated areas to check the validity if staff or other issued permits, issuing PCN’s to those in contravention of instructions.
- Assisting the Service Delivery Manager when required in other area, as requested.
- Being fully familiar with the systems and equipment.
- Carrying out any reasonable duty as requested by a more senior person.
- Complying with company policy and procedures, health and safety law and other relevant legislation.
- Maintaining a standard of attitude and behaviour that will always represent the company in the best possible light.
- Providing a high standard of professional customer service when approached by members of the public.
- Checking the appearance and standards of the car parks and report all faults noted within the car park, on an agreed format.
- Maintaining an auditable schedule of patrol.
- Covering colleagues holiday and sickness.

For this role a Full UK driving license is essential
