Client Information:

Tissot SA (French pronunciation: [ti'so]) is a Swiss luxury watch brand owned by the Swatch Group. The company was founded in Le Locle, Switzerland by Charles-Félicien Tissot and his son, Charles-Émile Tissot, in 1853.

Tissot has a proud heritage of constant innovation. Tissot introduced the first mass-produced pocket watch as well as the first pocket watch with two time zones in 1853 and the first anti-magnetic watch, in 1929–30. Tissot was also one of the first companies to manufacture an antimagnetic wristwatch in the early 1930s. The Tissot company was also the first to make watches out of plastic (Idea 2001 in 1971), stone (the Alpine granite RockWatch in 1985), mother of pearl (the Pearl watch in 1987), and wood (the Wood watch in 1988).

Tissot introduced its first tactile watch, with “T-Touch,” technology in 1999; watches containing this technology have touch-sensitive sapphire crystals to control various functions including compass, barometer, altimeter and thermometer. The 2014 T-Touch Expert Solar and T-Touch Lady Solar have 25 functions.

Role:

This role will be a Paid Social Manager reporting to a Paid Social Account Director. We are supporting the central team at Tissot across various market activations. The Account Manager will be the day to day contact of the client, responsible for overseeing the account and leading

the strategic direction. Further the Account Manager is responsible for training the Senior Account Executive and ensuring their work quality output.

Responsibilities:

  • Clear and timely communication with clients and other members of the team
  • Ensure account strategy is followed and day to day campaign planning is in line with wider client business goals.
  • Provide support for your direct report as well as opportunities for development and learning. Have one to one career development catch ups at least once per month.
  • Define and develop your team organizational approach: primary point of contact for each stakeholder and overarching client strategy/goal on each brand.
  • Implement and develop efficient standard processes across the team to streamline tasks.
  • Ensure your team delivers a high standard of work across planning, reporting, optimization, communication, billing, reconciliation and all other tasks required as part of running the account.

Qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting Paid Social Account Manager who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos. Retail experience would be ideal but is not compulsory. Experience across both brand and performance would also be a positive attribute to have given the nature of the client’s business, but again not necessarily a must.

Must Have

  • Experience working in a paid social team
  • Experience planning, managing and activating large-scale brand and direct response campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook family of apps, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the principles of common attribution models, understands the current industry challenges around measurement and can confidently articulate the limitations of third party measurement solutions for view ability and conversion tracking for paid social.
  • Strong leadership, communication skills and ability to engage with client and agency stakeholders
