Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join Digitas and play an active part for one of our most significant OnePublicis accounts.

As part of our longstanding, global relationship, we help our clients to find actionable insights, measure media effectiveness and set benchmarks against key KPI’s across a range of marketing channels.

Spanning the whole of EMEA, we are looking for a Senior Analyst who brings curiosity, attention to detail and a passion for insights in everything they do. You will be experienced and knowledgeable on web & App analytics, working with platforms such as Adobe Analytics as well as Google Analytics (GA 360 & GA4) and Branch.

Key aspects:

  • Independently own and deliver high quality insights to the internal media team and client. Ability to deliver quality and accurate reports such as PCAs, measurement plans with support of senior leadership, focusing on actionable recommendations (the “so what”).
  • Become an SME in web analytics and the go to person for core insights and reporting. Consistently demonstrates ability to identify key issues and objectives based on internal and external needs and drivers
  • Has a curiosity when it comes to data, always going beyond the brief, seeking new insights, deepdiving into the data and looking for opportunities to support the clients media spend.
  • Supports larger internal projects such as QBR’s and deeper insights working as a team to provide accurate and insightful data.
  • Regularly looks ahead to potential opportunities or roadblocks and is able to share those with leadership when applicable.



To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Adobe Analytics experience
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Branch Analytics experience
  • Experience with reporting tools preferred (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
  • Experience in analytics in the digital media landscape including paid social, programmatic, search and more.
  • Knowledge in paid media KPI’s, and onsite conversion tracking, 3rd party research tools.
  • Track record of extracting insights from data & using them to tell compelling stories to clients
  • Management & coaching of junior team members
