Senior Leakage Customer Support Agent

Location: Huntingdon
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
Salary: circa £28,000

Who we are?

Integrated Maintenance & Repair (IMR) Alliance – Part of the Anglian Water network, focuses on infrastructure maintenance work and is responsible for: water network pressure management, finding and fixing leaks, replacing lead pipes and repairing burst mains.

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Customer Leakage Support Agent?

  • Previous experience of managing customer leakage or complex customer interactions

  • Excellent customer service skills including complaint response

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate strategy

  • Ability to think commercially and strategically

  • An understanding of the regulatory and water operating environment

  • Ideally an understanding of the BTBB (Beyond the Boundary Box) policy and supporting legal framework including the Defective Water Fitting enforcement process

What does it take to be a Senior Customer Leakage Support Agent?

  • Previous experience of managing customer leakage or complex customer interactions

  • Excellent customer service skills including complaint response

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate strategy

  • Ability to think commercially and strategically

  • An understanding of the regulatory and water operating environment

  • Able to operate on both strategic and tactical levels

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experienced user of databases, spreadsheets, PowerBI
