Do you hold a full, clean driving licence and enjoy working outdoors? Are you looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference in your local community every day?

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently recruiting Traffic Attendants to cover the Cookstown and Dungannon areas. This is a varied, active role where no two days are ever the same. As a Traffic Attendant, you will play a vital part in keeping local roads safe, ensuring parking regulations are followed, and helping maintain a smooth flow of traffic throughout the community.

Your duties will include carrying out patrols, enforcing parking restrictions, and providing guidance to members of the public regarding parking regulations, clamping procedures, and penalty notices. You should feel confident speaking with people in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out and about rather than behind a desk, and who takes pride in contributing to the safety and organisation of their local area.

What we’re looking for:

  •  A full, clean manual driving licence
  • 21 years of age or over (in line with company insurance requirements, as you may be required to drive a company vehicle)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  •  A reliable and professional approach to work
What you can expect in return:
We believe in supporting our staff and providing everything you need to succeed in your role. When you join us, you will receive:
  • Full training and ongoing support
  • A full uniform, PPE, and mobile phone
  • 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
  • Company pension scheme
  • Death in service benefit
  • Structured working pattern of 5 days out of 7
This is an opportunity to join a company that is at the forefront of shaping the future of the parking industry, where your work genuinely contributes to safer, better-managed communities.

If you are motivated, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be part of a supportive team with opportunities to grow, we would love to hear from you.
