What the day will look like
In this role, you will support international pricing coordination activities while developing strong analytical and collaborator management skills in a collaborative environment. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation (local files, master file, and country-by-country reporting support) and supporting compliance processes
- Collecting, validating, and analysing financial and operational data related to intercompany transactions
- Performing financial and economic analyses, including benchmarking, profitability reviews, and financial modelling using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx
- Reviewing and reconciling intercompany transaction data for compliance, planning, and audit readiness
- Collaborating closely with finance, business, and tax teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow
- Conducting research on global transfer pricing regulations and summarising implications for the organisation
- Supporting tax audits through preparation of analyses and documentation
- Contributing to process improvements, tools, and controls for transfer pricing and tax activities
- Preparing clear, accessible communications and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Participating in project work related to transfer pricing and broader tax initiatives

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with strong curiosity about tax or transfer pricing
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and ability to communicate complex topics clearly
- Strong analytical mindset with experience (or willingness to develop) in financial modelling and working with large datasets
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx, Workday, or similar tools is an advantage
- Ability to coordinate work effectively, prioritize multiple priorities, and collaborate in international, cross-functional teams
